Delete account
Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. You won't be able to log in again. Please enter your information below to submit an account deletion request, which will be promptly processed. Alternatively, you can perform the account deletion operation within the app.Deleting your account is a straightforward process within the app. Go to Personal Center, access Settings, and choose Delete account.
Following your submission, we anticipate processing your request
within 3 to 7 days. Should you decide to cancel the deletion within
this timeframe, please contact our customer service through the
application.
